Manager – Call Center
Key Responsibility Areas:
Oversee and manage all aspects of call center operations, including strategic planning, execution, and team performance.
Lead the call center team to ensure smooth operations and achievement of key business KPIs.
Mentor and manage a team of outsourced call center agents, fostering a high-performance culture.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external call center vendors, ensuring adherence to company standards and expectations.
Analyze operational and business metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective strategies.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance call center efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and boost sales conversion rates.
Collaborate with product and technology teams to ensure seamless integration between processes and system capabilities
Drive innovation by adopting and implementing technological advancements to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
Desired Profile:
Bilingual Proficiency:
Fluency in English and a local language from the NCR region (e.g., Hindi, Punjabi).
Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of managing call center operations or related roles.
Proven track record of achieving business goals in dynamic and high-performance environments.
Experience in scaling operations from the ground up (0 to 1 phase) is highly preferred.
Strong collaboration skills with product and technology teams to optimize operational processes.
